H7 coprocessor board

This board is designed to add calculating power to the simulaor and remove load from the main simulation controller. Therefore there are two STM32H743 controllers on the board as well as a Lattice FPGA XP2.

Each H7 controller has a 8 channel DAC connected to provide analog outputs as well. Due to the fact that just calculating power is added there are just 32 IOs available for each controller.
